I have discovered Keto Cheez-It’s! Hello again my old friend (cough nemesis)! How I miss you!
I used to sit and eat an entire box of these things at once. You know the saying, get your own box? I lived that. These baby’s were mine and mine alone. Back off Jack!
Alas! Since I cut wheat and grains out of my diet due to health reasons, I have had to break up with my beloved. It was heartbreaking. I’m not sure I’m over it yet.
Or maybe I am!
Enter a simple slice of Kraft American Deluxe Cheese.
You have to use the real cheese, not that cheese product stuff. Back away from the individually sliced impostors!
So just slice it up, into 16 pieces. You can do larger ones if you like. I like to have lots of little pieces to eat over time.
Put the slices on parchment paper on a microwavable plate. Be sure you only use parchment paper and not wax paper. You don’t want to find out what happens. It will ruin all of your hopes and dreams!

So just lay the cheese around the edge of the plate. I like to use a round plate because it seems that all of the cheese gets nuked evenly. I’m actually using a Pampered Chef Pizza Stone. It fits perfectly into my microwave. And that’s important, ya know.
This is two slices of cheese. You can make a lot of crackers with just a few slices. It’s awesome! Just pop it in the microwave for about 1:40. I have a pretty powerful microwave, so you may need to adjust your time until they look like this:
This entire batch is about 2 carbs for 32 crackers, basically 1 carb for each slice of cheese. Season these up anyway you want. Put a drop of Tabasco sauce one each one, or even some sriracha sauce! Go wild!
Go! Be free! Sit in front of the TV and eat these mindlessly with no guilt! Or even sneak them into the movie theater.
Not that I would ever do that!
