Super Easy Lazy Chili

Here is a quick easy recipe for a week night meal when you have nothing else planned.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef 93% lean
  • 24 oz Salsa
  • 15 oz Tomato Sauce sugar free
  • 15 oz Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Chili Seasoning or a premixed packet

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and spices.

  2. Add the salsa, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.

  3. Top with cheddar cheese and sour cream. Serve and enjoy.
