Healthy Nutella Mug Cake

A one minute low carb mug cake with nutella light.


  • 2 tbsp golden flaxseed meal
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp xylitol/swerve
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp nutiLight


  1. Mix all of the ingredients together except the nutella. When it is all mixed well, drop a spoon full of the nutella in the center.
  2. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute on high
  3. Dump the cake from the mug onto a plate, top with some whip cream and enjoy without the guilt!
